Job offer: Minijob in e-commerce

E-commerce assistant (mini job)

Working hours : 10 hours per week

Place of work : Twice a week on site in Stuttgart-Botnang

Tasks :

  • Packing parcels: Carefully packing products for shipping to ensure they are delivered to customers safely and securely.
  • DHL Coordination: Organizing shipments with DHL, including labeling, tracking and coordinating pickups and deliveries.
  • Answer customer inquiries via email: Professional and timely responses to customer inquiries via email to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Returns processing: Receiving, inspecting and processing returns according to company policies.

Requirements :

  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Careful operation
  • Good communication skills in German (written and oral)
  • Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and email
