TANNING-OIL should be applied evenly to cleansed skin at least 20 minutes before sun exposure.
Then sunbathe as you wish. But do not forget to go to the shade from time to time.
Sunbathe more often in short stages, rather than once for a very long time.
Regular use of the oil is also required to achieve good results.

Apply TANNING-OIL only if you have already had contact with the sun and have a light tan. Also, make sure that your skin does not react badly to sun exposure in general.
